Brief Biograhpy:
Olivier Ostinelli was born in Lugano, Switzerland. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich), Zürich, Switzerland, in 2006. In 2006, he joined the Millimeter-Wave Electronics Group, ETH Zürich. His research work is focused on the crystal growth of InP-based double heterojunction bipolar transitors (DHBTs) and high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs).
