We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Haocong Luo and the other co-authors, Ataberk Olgun, Abdullah Giray Yağlıkçı, Yahya Can Tuğrul, Steve Rhyner, M. Banu Cavlak, Joël Lindegger, Mohammad Sadrosadati, and Prof. Onur Mutlu, for their well-deserved achievement!

This year marked the introduction of artifact evaluation (AE) and the presentation of Distinguished Artifact awards at the International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA). Out of the 372 submissions and 79 published papers, only two were chosen to receive these prestigious awards. RowPress is one of the selected works.

More about RowPress

The project provides experimental evidence and analysis of a prevalent read-disturb phenomenon known as RowPress in actual DDR4 DRAM chips. RowPress disrupts memory isolation by prolonging the opening of a DRAM row, resulting in significant interference with neighboring rows and causing bitflips.
