Even today, machines can have a kind of consciousness. But can this also be compared to that of a human being? "The assumption that you only need enough data to explain the world to a machine is wrong," says Benjamin Grewe, Professor of Neuroinformatics. After all, humans don't need to be fed trillions of words.
