Outstanding TA Award granted for the first time to best teaching assistants

In a short ceremony on 15 December 2021, the new Outstanding TA Award was granted for the first time to the best teaching assistants at Bachelor's and Master's level at D-ITET.

From all nominated candidates, the AMIV student representative team selected the prize winners, approved by the Teaching Commission (UK) of D-ITET. Most important eligibility requirements were the TA's engagement in the teaching duty, the quality of teaching and, in particular, special or creative teaching methods.

The winners are:

  • 1st semester BSc: Michael Baumgartner (Lineare Algebra)
  • 3rd Semester BSc: Nicolas Schmid (Physik II)
  • 5th Semester BSc: TA Group – Tamara Popovic, Sara Hamzeloui & Filippo Ciabattini (High-Frequency Design Techniques)
  • MSc: Edgar Costa Molero (Advanced Topics in Communication Networks)
