Three Best Paper Awards at ICEMS 2021
Post-doctoral researcher Dr. Spasoje Miric, Emanuel Hubmann and Michael Haider, both doctoral students at the Power Electronic Systems Laboratory (PES), received Best Paper Awards at the International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS 2021).
The award to Emanuel Hubmann was granted for his publication Magnetically Self-Bearing Drive System for Ultracentrifugation: Towards 100’000 rpm and 200’000 g.
Another Best Paper Award at ICEMS 2021 was granted to Dr. Spasoje Miric for his publication "Pushing Power Through Walls" – Wireless Power Transfer Through Stainless Steel.
And last but not least, a third Best Paper Award at ICEMS 2021 was granted to Michael Haider for his publication Dual-Inverter Topology for Single-Phase Supplied Drive Systems without Electrolytic Capacitor
