100 happy graduates present at the Master Ceremony 2018

Director of studies Prof. Jürg Leuthold hosted the Master Ceremony, supported by the powerful rhythms of the band "musique en route". In his speech, guest speaker Dr. Jörg Wieland, Chairman at Tetra Semiconductor Ltd. and Albis Optoelectronics Ltd., who graduated from D-ITET in 1986, pointed out how he became a serial entrepreneur and the importance of diversified teams.

Later on, Master speaker Hendrik Clausdeinken took a look back at his studies, encouraged his co-graduates to pursue critical thinking and to "set up our work and lives in a world of rich opportunities".

After the awards ceremony for the winners of the ETH medal, Willi Studer Prize and ETEL Award, Stefan Lippuner gave an interesting insight into the area of the "Cellular Internet of Things" by presenting his Master's thesis "Low Cost EC-GSM-IoT Network Synchronization".
