Swiss Dialect App - Developed by D-ITET Master Student

A new App helps to type short messages in Swiss Dialect. Laura Peer, Master Student at D-ITET, has developed the program over the last five months as her Master thesis in the Computing Group.

The App is not only user friendly, it has a scientific target too. In the future could be analyzed regional language use or dialect varieties. Furthermore, the App is transmitting dates for statistical evaluation to the server of the research team.
