Dr. Akshay Mahadev Arabhavi

Brief Biography:

Akshay Kumar M Arabhavi was born in Mysore, India. He received his B.Eng degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore in 2014. In 2016, he received M.Sc degree in Microelectronics conferred jointly by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Technical University of Munich, Germany. Currently, he is pursuing the Ph.D degree in Millimeter-Wave Electronics Group under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Colombo Bolognesi at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich). At present, his research focus is on design, process development, fabrication and characterization of InP/GaAsSb based Double Heterojuction Bipolar Transistors (DHBTs).
