Michele Magno receives Best Paper Award

Dr. Michele Magno from the IIS laboratory received a Best Paper Award at the Embedded Software and MicroElectronics "Green your electronics: less power, more value" eSame 2015 Conference for his paper and presentation "An Autonomous Multi-Sensor Wearable Device with Human Body Harvesting".

Dr. Michele Magno receives the Best Paper Award.

The prize for the paper, which is based on the work "Self-sustainable smart wearable device with energy harvesting for context recognition applications" developed by a team of PhD and master students in the group of Prof. Benini headed by Dr. Magno, was handed over at the eSame 2015 Conference in Nice, France. The presentation was voted by more than 200 academic and industrial researchers.
