New at D-ITET: Prof. Ulrike Grossner
Since 1 February 2015, Ulrike Grossner is Full Professor of Power Semiconductors at D-ITET.
Ulrike Grossner was Principal Scientist at ABB Corporate Research in Baden (AG). She is an internationally recognised expert in semiconductors specializing in the development of new semiconductors based on wide bandgap materials. Ulrike Grossner has previously worked at top universities and in the research departments of leading technology companies. The appointment of Ulrike Grossner will enhance the research of D-ITET in the strategically important field of energy technology and sustainable energy supply.
