Master Programmes at D-ITET

The primary master programme of our department is the Master in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, which is the modern version of the classical "Electrical Engineer ETH". This master programme is the normal continuation of our bachelor programme (BSc ETH in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology) and is therefore also called the "Consecutive Master Programme".

In addition, we offer the following interdisciplinary master programmes in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering (D-MAVT):

• Master in Biomedical Engineering
• Master in Energy Science and Technology
• Master in Micro and Nanosystems
• Master in Robotics, Systems and Control.
  
  

All these master programmes are full-time study programmes for 3 to 4 semesters. The majority of courses is offered in English, but a (diminishing) number of courses are held in German.
