Research at the D-ITET
Research at the D-ITET covers the broad area of electrical engineering ranging from information theory to wireless communications, from VLSI design to power electronics, and from control theory to computers inside things. In addition, we have a strong bio-engineering section.
The department is firmly committed to both basic research and applied research. Countless collaborations with industry are a matter of course.
The department is organized into twelve laboratories ("institutes") and three independent professorships. The research activities of the individual laboratories are described on their own web pages.
