Management

The Department’s management comprises the Head of the Department, the Deputy head of Department and the Director of Studies. They deal with the Department's affairs such as organization, budget, finance, and strategy.
 
Head of Department: Prof. Dr. Lothar Thiele
The Head of the Department leads the departmental institutions and represents D-ITET internally and externally.

Deputy Head of Department: Prof. Dr. Manfred Morari 
The Deputy Head works with the Head and is his official representative.

Director of Studies: Prof. Dr. Hans-Andrea Loeliger
The Director of Studies is responsible for implementing the course programmes and examination regulations. He heads the Examiners' Conference and the PhD examinations.
